Fortunately, eating healthy and tasty is possible. So if you are implementing healthy habits, we want to tell you that it is possible to eat a rich and low-carb dessert. This is a delicious Cheese Cake, which you can enjoy without remorse!
Low Carb Cheese Cake Recipe
Ingredients for the dough:
– 100g of almond flour
- Sweetener to taste
- 40g butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
Ingredients for the filling:
-120g Philadelphia cheese
-1 tablespoon vanilla essence
-Juice of half a lemon
-170g of berries
For the dough:
-Melt the butter and add all the ingredients, mix until a dough is formed.
-Place the dough in the mold previously greased with butter or olive oil and bake in the oven for 15 to 25 minutes at 180 degrees until it begins to brown on the sides.
For the filling:
-Beat the Philadelphia cheese with the sweetener until smooth.
-Add the vanilla, lemon and one egg, beat until blended.
-Then add the second egg
-Beat on low speed until incorporated and mixture is smooth.
For the red fruit base:
-Place the berries in a pot with two tablespoons of water over low heat and when it boils, mash it with a spatula. Optional, add sweetener if your taste is sweeter.
-Our exquisite dessert is almost ready....
-Add to the mold and bake in the oven for 50 minutes at 180 degrees.
-Remove from the oven, let stand for one hour.
-Place the base on top
