Go for a walk at least half an hour a day or do at least an hour a day of aerobic or cardiovascular exercises, so you will stay healthy, strong, lose weight, prevent diseases, activate creativity, reduce stress and improve concentration in your daily activities.

2. Take care of your diet:

Getting rid of old eating habits is not easy. You can seek professional guidance from an expert nutritionist who will guide you with a diet based on your needs, or simply make the decision to be more conscious when choosing your foods to achieve a balanced diet, selecting better food to nourish your body, including vegetables, fruits, legumes, fiber and white meats. Don’t forget to stay hydrated with low-sugar liquids, preferably natural juices.

3. Say goodbye to saturated fats:

The reason why they are so harmful to the body is because they turn solid at room temperature, so it is advisable to reduce the consumption of foods with a high fat content, especially saturated and trans fats, and avoid the daily use of butter, coconut oil, palm oil, cheeses, etc.

It is not about eliminating the consumption of fats but controlling it, because your body needs healthy fats to obtain energy and perform many of its functions. However, consuming them in excess can cause fat to accumulate in the arteries, increase cholesterol, increase weight, and put you at risk of heart disease, diabetes, or even a stroke. Minimizing your consumption will help you feel and look better.

4. Increase the consumption of fruits and vegetables

Include them in your daily diet, because they are a naturally rich source of fiber, vitamins and minerals that contribute to good digestive health. It is also vital to reduce the frequent consumption of processed foods, because they lack nutritional value, lower your energy levels, and make you feel sluggish and tired.

The best thing about consuming fruits and vegetables is that most of them don’t require any preparation, so you can carry them with you wherever you go. Just take them, wash them and eat them, or prepare fast, light and fresh meals.
