Enjoy A Rich Sugar-Free Marbled Cake!

A special afternoon is approaching and you want to share a great cake among friends without feeling guilty for giving yourself a delicious treat. Well, here we offer you an easy and delicious recipe for sugar-free marbled cake, perfect for 10 portions, each of 211 Kcal, that will only take you 40 minutes to prepare.

These are the ingredients you will need:

1/2 butter bread (125 g) at room temperature
5 level tablespoons of powdered sucralose
3 1/2 cups of flour
4 eggs
1 cup semi-skimmed milk
1 tablespoon of baking powder
3 tablespoons of bitter cocoa powder
1 tablespoon of instant coffee
1 tablespoon vanilla essence
Zest of 1 orange

Now let's get to work in preparing this delicious cake:

Place the butter in a bowl and beat at medium speed until creamy, then add the 4 eggs, one by one, beating constantly. Next, add the sucralose with the milk, and continue beating until all the ingredients are mixed together.

Now mix the flour with the baking powder, the vanilla essence and orange zest, and beat again until you get a mixture with a pasty, homogeneous texture that will be separated into two equal parts. Add the bitter cocoa powder and instant coffee, dissolved in a small amount of hot water, to one part and beat the mixture again.

In a previously buttered and floured mold, pour in the light-colored mixture, then the brown-colored mixture on top, and stir slightly with a fork to mix both colors together.

In an oven pre-heated to 180°C, introduce your mixture to bake for approximately 30 to 35 minutes until well cooked. Once ready, take out of the oven and remove from the mold while still warm. If you wish you can add chocolate chips or ground nuts to create more texture. Enjoy with good friends!
